Wæm Yěv-săd (/jɛv/ /sə̝d/ [record (written account)] [range; spectrum]) is a subtropical Town located in Wq-84lhiya Zone, Qěwhachy District, within the Federation of Alveria.

The name Wæm Yěv-săd is derived from the Constructi language, as Wæm Yěv-săd was founded by Bj-88a 'Lenny' Zlkarí, who was culturaly Constructi.

Climate

Wæm Yěv-săd has a yearly average temperature of 27°C (80°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a hot 31°C (87°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 24°C (75°F). Wæm Yěv-săd receives an average of 277 cm/y (109 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Wæm Yěv-săd covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 4792 m (15721 ft) above sea level.

Overview

Wæm Yěv-săd was founded durring the early 16th century in spring of the year 1502, by Bj-88a 'Lenny' Zlkarí. The establishment of Wæm Yěv-săd suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.

Wæm Yěv-săd was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the early 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Wæm Yěv-săd is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Wæm Yěv-săd is buildings are located arround a single narrow baked earthen mainstreet which forms a clockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town is protected by a series of wooden fences ringing the town's parimiter, which are likly intended to keep varrious beasts out of town rather than protect it from attack by any intelegent agents. The town's bare minimum defences are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.

Right off the bat Wæm Yěv-săd hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Many of those buildings are schools, scriptoriums, and even one college. One can only wonder what knowledge the town has come into.

The style used is characterized by order, symmetry, formal design, grandiosity, and elaborate ornamentation. Stone exteriors are massive and grandiose in their symmetry; interiors are typically polished and lavishly decorated with sculptures, swags, medallions, flowers, and shields. Interiors will often have a grand stairway and opulent ballroom..
